North America: We ship USPS First Class or priority mail, which ranges from 1-7 business days depending on destination. If you need it sooner please contact. Please note shipping range does not include our 3-7 business days processing time.


// International Shipping //
International: We ship international!! Yay! Your purchase will be shipped via First Class International. Please allow up to 3 weeks for your package to arrive. Some areas may take longer depending on customs.

Please do not ask us to mark your order as a "gift" this is against federal laws and we will not do so.

International returns/exchanges shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. 

Also please know what your country's import restrictions are from the US and understand that we are not responsible for any customs fees, duty fees, or applicable taxes on international purchases you might incur.

Can I cancel my order?

Depending on the status of your order, it may be possible to cancel the order. Please send us an email with your order number.

Returns + Exchanges

What is your return policy?

We want to make sure you love what you buy! We offer returns for 30 days on all eligible items and free exchanges for 30 days. Items must be unworn with all tags attached. Returns have a flat rate $6 return shipping fee.

FINAL SALE items are final sale and cannot be returned only exchanged for the same item in a different size if it is in stock.

Items must be in unworn condition with tags attached. Items showing wear will be returned to the sender.

If you do not have an account, use the contact form to send us a message that you would like to return/exchange an item with your order number and we will email you a return shipping label.

FINAL SALE items are final sale and cannot be returned only exchanged for the same item in a different size if it is in stock.

Custom items/ wedding gowns are NOT returnable.

Please READ item descriptions carefully and note sizes of products. Please also know monitors are calibrated differently and colors, while may be close, may not be 100% accurate.

Our current return rate is under 4%. Industry standard for clothing is over 20%.
