Please Note: This label must be used within 7 days or your return may be rejected.

If you do not have an account please use the contact form to send us a message that you would like to return/exchange an item with your order number and we will email you a return shipping label. 

Please read item descriptions carefully and note sizes of products. Please also know monitors are calibrated differently and colors, while may be close, may not be 100% accurate.

We are not liable for stolen packages. Please make sure to deliver your package to a safe address or PO Box. Please choose insured, signature mail service or contact us if you feel your location is vulnerable to theft and need special postage.

If you'd like to exchange an item for a different size or color, simply initiate a return through our returns portal.

Once approved, we'll send you a complimentary shipping code so you can place a new order for your preferred item.

Processing exchanges as new orders helps ensure the fastest possible delivery and allows us to reserve your replacement item right away.

Store Credit is also an option that waves the $11.50 return shipping fee.

Only regular priced items may be returned, unfortunately sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.

// Domestic Shipping //
North America: We ship USPS First Class, which ranges from 3-7 business days depending on destination. If you need it sooner please contact.

// International Shipping //
International: Your purchase will be shipped via First Class International. Please allow up to 3 weeks for your package to arrive. Some areas may take longer depending on customs.

Please do not ask us to mark your order as a "gift" this is against federal laws and we will not do so.

Also please know what your country's import restrictions are from the US and understand that we are not responsible for any customs fees, duty fees, or applicable taxes on international purchases you might incur.
