Returns

We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery.

• Returns are subject to a flat $11.50 return shipping label cost.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned with all tags attached
• Any signs of wear, washing, perfume, deodorant, makeup, stains, or damage may result in the return being refused.

Please Note: Return labels must be used within 10 days or your return may be rejected.Please note by purchasing from Simka Sol™ you as the buyer agree to our shop terms, conditions and policies.

Need a different size, print or color?

Because our collections are produced in limited quantities, we recommend placing a new order for the item you'd like as soon as possible to ensure it doesn't sell out.

Once your new order has been placed, simply submit your original item through our return portal.

We'll email you a prepaid return shipping label, and once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Only regular priced items may be returned, unfortunately sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.

International: Your purchase will be shipped via First Class International. Please allow up to 3 weeks for your package to arrive. Some areas may take longer depending on customs.

Please do not ask us to mark your order as a "gift" this is against federal laws and we will not do so.

Also please know what your country's import restrictions are from the US and understand that we are not responsible for any customs fees, duty fees, or applicable taxes on international purchases you might incur.
